Employee Spotlight: Kara Reilley, CISR

Kara Reilley is a licensed Account Manager for the Condominium Department in our Ocean City office. Kara is responsible for assisting clients  with their Unit Owners, HO6, and Master Condominium policies. She has been with the company since 2014, and has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Richard Stockton University.  Kara maintains the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations.

Get to know more about Kara:

1. 1. What is your proudest moment at McMahon Insurance Agency
      • Kara:  Passing my Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing exam, as well as obtaining my CISR designation. 
   2. Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.
      • Kara: I lived on a houseboat- aka “Floating Home” – outside of Margate for a year.
   3. Tell us something about your family that might surprise us.
      • Kara: I am the 2nd of 8 children, and I have 48 first cousins!
   4. Top three life highlights?
      • Kara: Trip to Ireland after I graduated college, marrying my husband Kenny, and my daughter Harper. 
   5. What phobias do you have?
      • Kara: Trypophobia- Do yourself a favor, do not google it! 
   6. What is one thing  you cannot resist?
      • Kara: Chocolate.
   7. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
      • Kara: Pay off my student loans, as well as all my sibling’s student loans!
   8. Where is your favorite place in the world?
      • Kara: Anywhere with my family. 
   9. What is your favorite 80’s jam?
      • Kara: Africa by Toto.
