Employee Spotlight: Pamela Peterson CISR, CPIW

Pamela Peterson is one of our Personal Lines Account Managers, helping customers with their Homeowners, Marine & Auto policies.

Here’s a little bit about Pam:

So you’re celebrating 17 years with McMahon Insurance. What’s your favorite thing about working here?

Pam: I love the people here. I love my clients and co-workers; after 17 years, they are like family to me.

Which office do you work from?

Pam: Marmora, Upper Township Office

What inspires your passion to go above and beyond with the customers you help?

Pam: The insurance industry is always changing. It inspires me to learn more, to stay on top of my game.

What do you enjoy about helping customers?

Pam: I love to help people and understand their insurance needs. I have watched my clients and their families change over the years. As their lives change, so does their need for changes in types of insurance. My strong relationship with my clients evolve as their lives evolve.
