Employee Spotlight: Susan Coulter

Susan (Sue) Coulter brings years of customer service and administrative experience to our Ocean City office as our front desk Receptionist. She doesn’t love the limelight, but Sue shines when clients walk in or call into the office!

- What is the favorite part about working for McMahon Insurance Agency?
- Sue: My favorite part about working at McMahon is that it is a local family business and everyone working here is dedicated to providing high quality service to our customers. I also get to work with my daughter, Kara!
- Tell us something about your family that might surprise us.
- Sue: I am from a family of eight kids and I have eight kids!
- Top three life highlights?
- Sue: 1. Marrying the love of my life, Steve. 2. Having our eight children. 3. Being blessed with three grandchildren (so far, hopefully many more).
- What is the one thing you cannot resist?
- Sue: Chocolate!
- If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
- Sue: I would pay off all the kids college loans and help them each one get a house.
