Employee Spotlight: Eileen Golas CISR, AAI, CIC

Eileen Golas has been with McMahon Insurance Agency since 1987. Eileen started her insurance career in the Personal Lines Department and moved to the Commercial Department and is now currently an Account Manager in the Condominium Department. Eileen holds the designations of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI),  and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

      • Eileen: Family oriented, team players, innovative
   2. What is your favorite part about working for McMahon Insurance Agency?
      • Eileen: My fellow coworkers. We work together as a team and we truly care about each other. This creates a family-like atmosphere and that feeling is reflected in our work. 
   3. Do you have a favorite author or quote?
      • Eileen: “If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way”. – Martin Luther King, Jr.
   4. Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.
      • Eileen: I love fried pickles!
   5. What is the most important career lesson you’ve learned thus far?
      • Eileen: We always want our customers to know that their business is valued and appreciated and I try to communicate that by going beyond what is expected in our everyday business transactions. 
   6. What do you do for fun?
      • Eileen: Try to golf- try being the operative word there!
