Meet Suzie Paisley, 11 year veteran at McMahon Insurance Agency. As receptionist in our Ocean City office, Suzie takes pride in greeting everyone with an energy and uplifting warmness. Here’s a little bit more about Suzie:
1. What is your proudest moment at McMahon Insurance Agency?
Suzie: My proudest moment was the first time a client complimented me on my phone etiquette. It never gets old!
2. What are 3 words to describe McMahon Insurance Agency?
Suzie: Family oriented, Dedication, & Loyalty
3. What drew you to McMahon Insurance Agency originally? And how has McMahon Insurance Agency changed since?
Suzie: A Family Friend told me about the receptionist position. How has it change? Well, the McMahon Insurance Agency may have a new building, phone system and
computer program, however, the work ethics remain the same.
4. What is the favorite part about working for McMahon Insurance Agency?
Suzie: The most rewarding aspect of my job would be communicating with the clients. And working with such amazing people!
5. Do you have a favorite author or quote?
Suzie: My two favorite authors are Danielle Steele and Elin Hildebrand. Favorite Quote-“You never get a second chance to make a first impression”
6. Tell us three things most people don’t know about you…
Suzie: Two Things people may not know is… I am a Eucharist Minister for St. Damien’s Parish here in Ocean City. I am a home town girl, I graduated from Ocean City High School and while there I was a cheerleader.
7. What are three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?
Suzie: Three career lessons I have learned thus far would be:
- Always let the client hear my smile.
- Respect and consideration for our clients and co-workers.
- Always give 110%.
8. What do you do for fun?
Suzie: I enjoy spending time with my family. We all LOVE the beach.
9. What phobias do you have?
Suzie: One phobia that I have would be having my picture taken!
10. What is the one thing you cannot resist?
Suzie: The one thing I cannot resist is Chocolate (except during lent because I give it up)
