Celebrating 36 years as McMahon Insurance Agency!

The McMahon Insurance Agency can trace its roots to 1922 as Haney Lloyd Chattin Real Estate & Insurance. In the 1960’s, Albert Halliday purchased the firm and it became the Chattin-Halliday Agency.
On February 1, 1981, Bill McMahon, Jr. bought the business and began operating with two employees and one office. Over the years, we have grown to serve our clients from two locations and with over 35 employees. As we grow, we are expanding into our Cape May office (coming soon!) and a new building on 9th street in Ocean City this summer.
Since day one, we’ve been an organization dedicated to our community through our extensive involvement in it, and to our customers. We realize the priceless value of service, whether it is in response to an insurance claim or general question.
