So you’ve been with McMahon Insurance for 4 years… What drew you to McMahon Insurance Agency originally? And how has McMahon Insurance Agency changed since?

Zach: Before to joining McMahon, I asked Scott Williams to shoot me straight about the agency. Scott had nothing but good things to say. Then I went out to lunch with our CEO, Billy McMahon, where we chatted about our philosophies and if the agency would be a good fit for me and vice versa. I think it is safe to say that we both left that lunch feeling confident in each other.

When I came aboard, the agency already had a great reputation and was running efficiently, but year after year the agency continues to better itself and its staff with new training, new technology, new markets, improvements in HR, or most recently embarking into a brand new magnificent office.
